Alaska Securities Act; and providing for an effective date which               
had been placed at the bottom of the calender (page 3850) was read             
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
held in second reading to the May 8 calendar. Without objection, it            
was so ordered.
